Rosco Deluxe

The Rosco by Bluewhale pedals is a compressor, it features a wet / dry mix control, a slope control which changes the low frequency response to make this compressor work equally well with electric, electro acoustic, and bass guitars. Its input buffer uses a very low noise op amp, the less noise that is generated here the better as the compression stage cannot amplify noise that is not there making the compressor very quiet in use. There is a similar op amp output buffer to mix the wet and dry signals together. To further improve performance the Rosco has an internal power circuit that generates an 18volt supply from the standard 9volt, centre pin negative power supply.
